At Prestige Home Appliances, we want to make the delivery process to customers as smooth and efficient so that you can receive your order as promptly as possible. Prestige Home Appliances’ preferred carriers to deliver your order are Fastway, Australia Post and Toll IPEC. If you require a different method of delivery, please call us and we will seek to arrange the delivery selection of your choice.

Orders are 'signature required' upon receipt unless requested otherwise at the time of purchase. If there is no-one available to accept delivery, the parcel will be left at your local post office or delivery depot.

 

 

Orders are delivered 'authority to leave'. This means if you are not present at the time of attempted delivery the driver will leave the parcel in the safest place available on your premises.

 


Please note: Any orders sent with the agreement of 'authority to leave' (express orders or by request for standard shipping) are entirely at the customer’s risk. We advise that the best method of delivery for express shipping orders is to have them sent to a workplace or other location where someone will be present to receive the package. Any parcels marked as delivered on our carriers’ tracking are considered delivered to the customer who made the order. We do not use common carriers and any loss or neglect by any 3rd party is wholly their responsibility (customer or carrier). Prestige Home Appliances is unable to accept liability for elements of fulfilling your order carried out beyond our control. By selecting these delivery services, options and conditions, you agree that Prestige Home Appliances holds no liability regarding the delivery or non-delivery of your order once it leaves Prestige Home Appliances' care.


  

Once your order is placed

  1. Once your order is placed and payment has been confirmed, your order is automatically sent to the warehouse within 24 hours (same day dispatch for orders prior to 11am).
  2. Your order is dispatched using your chosen service.
  3. Delivery is made within the specified delivery window for your selected service.
  4. If delivery was unsuccessful due to unattended premises (and no ‘authority to leave’ is listed), a docket indicating delivery was attempted is typically left in your mailbox or at your door. The freight is then taken to your local post office/back to the carrier’s depot to await further instructions from you. If you gave/give approval, the item will be left in your letterbox or by your door (depending on size). Express orders are left in the safest place available.

Please note: We cannot guarantee your parcel will be left at your closest or most accessible post office. Typically this is the case, but we do not have control over the delivery driver and we apologise in advance if carding to a different post office occurs. Unfortunately if this does occur, we are unable to arrange for your parcel to be sent to your preferred post office.

 


 

SHIPPING METHODS

Free Standard Shipping

Orders placed before 11am will typically be dispatched same day. Delivery times can vary depending on location and delivery times are not guaranteed. Orders to capital cities are usually delivered in 3-5 days, while delivery to outer-metro and rural areas may take longer. Deliveries to remote areas, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Far North Queensland can take up to 10 business days (but are usually quicker).
Please note: This is our only service for PO boxes – we are obliged to use Australia Post as they operate the postal box network.

Road Express Shipping - $10

This express option will be sent using the fastest method available to Prestige Home Appliances at the time of the order. When orders are received before 12pm, they order will typically be dispatched the same day. Orders to East Coast capital cities are usually delivered in 1-2 days, while delivery to all other areas may take longer. Please take the time to read our ‘Delivery Times’ section below.
This service is not available to all areas. If you cannot see the express option at the checkout (i.e. once you have filled in all other details of your order), then your area is not serviceable for this shipping method.

Please note: This service is not suitable for PO Box deliveries.

Delivery Times

Delivery for the Optimum High-Speed Vortex 9400 is 1-2 days to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth addresses. Delivery to most regional addresses will take 1-3 days. Typical delivery times (subject to change during peak periods) for all other Optimum products are below.
