Our Warranty and Technical Support team resolve over 97% of warranty claims and they will attend to your matter ASAP. In the unlikely event that your product needs to be inspected, we have service centres all across the nation. Our warranty covers parts, labour and postage to the customer. Products with major faults will be replaced in full, while products with minor faults will be repaired.
After contacting our Warranty and Technical Support team, you will be issued with a ticket that will allow you to check on the status of your service issue and have a record of its progress.

The Support Service is designed for registered Prestige Kitchen Appliances customers, providing them with free access to our technical support and customer guidance teams who are available 9am-6pm Monday to Friday.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
